2012 has brought Mariah together with Nathan Walters and Gabe Combs of Multitone Musik (both formerly of Plus One) to write this radio single that was also produced by Walters and Combs. It's sure to be the super fun pop song of the summer!
This is Mariah's first cover song release. Kind and Generous was originally released
by Natalie Merchant in 1998. It has become a standard for Mariah to perform at her concerts.
This release is full of songs that will move you like no other worship songs. Physical, mental, emotional scars are part of our everyday life let the words of these songs and the grace of Jesus Christ allow you to become a "Living Sacrifice".
This 3 song CD was the early demo that got things going. "Sign of Your Love" has been recorded by the Christian rock band Saline which you can check out at www.joyfulnoiseforjesus.com
Originally released in Nov 2009 as Mariah's first Christmas Song, the new Radio Remix released for 2012 adds a new feel to the original. The message is good all year long. This song is available only by download. ENJOY!!!
“Picture It” is Mariah’s first national release following her successful independent release of “Beautiful Scars”. Mariah wants you to be able to “picture” in your mind what the possibilities are when you choose to follow Jesus. Everyone seems to get down on themselves from time to time but she has captured the moment with “God is Using You” to let you know that no matter how you feel about life God will use you in a positive way for others, and you may not even realize it. This album is a journey of life, “Seasons Change (Dance) and “The Winding Road” share the journey to let you know that, yes life does change but Jesus is constant and always there for you. One other song on the new release promises to be a great worship tune that many churches will pick up and run with. “Rising Up” is for all generations to come together and let others know that we are not ashamed and we are not afraid to share our faith

"Glory" is one of my personal favorite praise songs on the CD. It's just fun and uplifting. When you pop the CD in your player or listen to it on your ipod it's like instant worship. It's truely what this family ministry is about that we've got going... Just giving God all of the Glory for everything he blesses us with.
In all honesty, I didn't think this one would make it on the CD project. I loved the song, there was just something I didn't like about it though. John and Kramer really REALLY helped make this song great with the arrangements. I wrote this song when I was 13 and I just think it's really honest in saying that our God is GOOD!
These lyrics sat in my notebook of unfinished songs for about 6 months. When I had finally shared just the lyrics with my dad he told me that THIS was going to be the title track for my first CD. Of course, I was like "yeah right..." and now here we are! I also wrote this song when I was just 13. God put the concept of the song in my heart of having beautiful scars. It barely made sense to me at first but God gives us all stories. We've all got scars no matter who we are. The sinners, the thieves, and me have ALL got them. With God they become something really beautiful. "Beautiful Scars" is your story and my story, it's hope, it's peace, and it's love.
is was another one of those songs I wasn't so sure about. The concept of the lyrics that God provided just amazed me though! It's an awesome song, an awesome prayer, just asking for God to live in me so that I have the strength and courage to live for him.
"Make It Through" is a song that I wrote for a couple of friends of mine. They were going through a really, really rough time. "I see you looking down, at your shoes..." is a very symbolic line for the song... my vision goes to a dirty old pair of beat up converse sneakers. It truely shows the walk that my friends were on. They were beat up and dirty but at the end of the day, they were still a really good pair of shoes. This song became part of my life in a BIG way. John was always "using it against me" when I had a problem =) This is another song that EVERYBODY can relate too. It's definately one of my favorites.
"Jesus, You Hit the Spot" was the FIRST song that I EVER wrote! My dad walked in on me when I had just been blessed with the finished product of the song and asked me what I was playing... He had to bribe me ice cream to hear the song but it's where it all started...
"Forever I Do" is a very special song. I wrote it for John and Shelly as a wedding gift. They are really great people who just radiate their love and their love of Jesus. I am truely honnored to know them.

This song was written by Mariah because of the inspiration of her uncle. She wants to provide encouragement to all of our servicemen and servicewomen who return from the hell of war and can’t shake the past. Whether it is PTSD or a brain injury you and your family are not alone. Principled Warrior Foundation has been started to help soldiers returning from war and their families dealing with the stress of reliving the past. Our family believes strongly that you should have a chance to put the past behind you. Mariah will be donating 50% of the sales of this song to the Principled Warrior Foundation in an ongoing effort to provide help to those in need.
